With the launch of the new website – mytrulyessential.com – some Partners have experienced challenges accessing their accounts. We’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused, and have made significant progress in addressing the issues.

While we continue to implement the remaining updates, this guide offers potential quick fixes for the most common situations:

Scenario 1: Enrolling as a New Partner

  1. Visit mytrulyessential.com and click “Join Truly” to create a Partner account.
  2. After creating your account with your email and password, your information will be synced to mytrulyessential.com as well as to the Truly Back Office (Exigo).
  3. To shop for products, simply log in at mytrulyessential.com.
  4. To access your Truly Back Office, click the account icon in the top right corner of the website; the link “Back Office” will be displayed on the bottom right side (refresh your screen if it doesn’t appear).

Scenario 2: Existing Partner with Previous Shopping and Back Office Accounts

  1. Create an account on mytrulyessential.com using the email and password you previously used to shop on our older sites (True Hydration, Cellular Hydration, Natural Glow).
  2. This login will update your credentials in the Truly Essential Back Office automatically.
  3. If you've forgotten your email or password, you can reset it here.
  4. If you do not receive a password reset email, please proceed to Scenario 3.

Scenario 3: Partners with Only a Truly Back Office Account

  1. If you don’t receive a password reset email per Scenario 2, please create a new account on mytrulyessential.com.
  2. It’s critical to use the same email as your existing Partner account to ensure everything syncs properly.
  3. Once your account is created, you can log in to mytrulyessential.com to shop or access the Truly Back Office.
